PMRE Conference Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals attending, participating in, sponsoring, presenting at, or otherwise taking part in the annual Photography + Media for Real Estate Conference (“PMRE Conference”) and any affiliated workshops, sessions, or events.

The PMRE Conference will take place at Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, from November 17–19, 2026.

By registering for, attending, or participating in the PMRE Conference, participants agree to the following terms:

Registration & Payment

To attend the PMRE Conference or any affiliated workshops, participants must complete the official registration process through the PMRE Conference website or another authorized registration platform and pay all applicable conference and/or workshop fees.

All conference and workshop registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Organizer.

Early registration rates are only valid when payment is completed before the advertised deadline. If payment is not received before the deadline, standard registration rates may apply.

Proof of conference registration may be required to access conference events, workshops, sessions, networking events, or other PMRE-related activities.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of attendees and accept participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Organizer also reserves the right to reject, cancel, or revoke any registration at its discretion.

Hotel, Travel & Insurance

PMRE preferred hotel room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and only while supplies last. Registered attendees may receive a hotel booking link or instructions by email following conference registration.

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodations, meals outside of official conference inclusions, insurance, and any other personal expenses.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel, cancellation, medical, and health insurance before attending the conference.

The Organizer is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, missed flights, personal emergencies, illness, injury, lost luggage, accommodation issues, or any other expenses incurred in connection with attending the conference.

Workshops & Programming

Some workshops, sessions, or affiliated experiences may be independently operated or led by third-party instructors, presenters, sponsors, or partners. PMRE is not liable for changes made by workshop instructors or third-party providers, including changes to schedules, itineraries, content, or format.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, replace, reschedule, or cancel any speakers, panelists, presenters, sponsors, workshops, sessions, events, or agenda items at any time.

The Organizer reserves the right to alter conference or workshop dates, times, locations, or formats for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates to registered attendees.

If the conference is postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer shall not be responsible for covering any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, lost income, or other related expenses.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and appropriate manner throughout the conference and all related events.

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, abusive language, threats, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by the Organizer, venue staff, security personnel, workshop instructors, and event representatives.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry, remove a participant from the conference, revoke access, or cancel participation without refund if a participant violates these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner the Organizer considers inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the event experience.

Venue Rules & Safety

Participants must comply with all applicable venue rules, policies, safety procedures, fire regulations, security requirements, and local laws while attending the conference and any related events.

Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to conference venues, hotel rooms, meeting spaces, event property, equipment, or accommodations.

Participants assume all risks and dangers incidental to attending the conference and related events, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, lost property, stolen property, damaged property, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By attending, participants voluntarily release PMRE, Realpics, 2023567 AB Ltd., the Organizer, their owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the conference.

Photography, Video & Media Release

During the conference and related events, the Organizer may arrange photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, or other media capture for public broadcasting, social media, promotional, educational, archival, and future marketing purposes.

By attending or participating in the PMRE Conference, participants grant the Organizer and its related parties permission to record, photograph, film, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and display their image, likeness, voice, name, and/or expression in promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, educational, or other related materials without limitation of time, geography, or compensation.

Participants waive any claims, including claims for compensation, arising from the Organizer’s use of their image, likeness, voice, name, or expression for the purposes described above.

Recording & Redistribution

Unauthorized recording, livestreaming, distribution, reproduction, or redistribution of PMRE Conference content, whether in person or online, is strictly prohibited.

Participants may not record presentations, workshops, sessions, panels, or private conference discussions in audio, video, photo, or any other format without prior written permission from the Organizer.

Communications & Personal Information

The Organizer may use the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided during registration to send conference-related communications, including confirmations, updates, schedule changes, reminders, program information, sponsor information, and changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information provided by participants or payers will not be transferred to unrelated third-party data administrators without consent, except where necessary to administer the conference, process registration, comply with legal obligations, or provide event-related services.

Registration Records

All registration confirmations are based on the Organizer’s official registration system. If there is any discrepancy regarding registration status, payment, ticket type, workshop access, or attendee information, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final determination based on its records.

Changes to Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time as necessary. The version in effect at the time of the conference shall apply.

Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes arising in relation to conference registration, participation, attendance, or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and decided by courts with jurisdiction over the Organizer in Alberta, Canada.

Acceptance

By registering for, attending, or participating in the PMRE Conference, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
